Agreements were converted from the LeaseManag-r 4W system to the ALFA system. This was the world's first conversion from the LeaseManag-r 4W system, and was completed on schedule. Sotech also provided support on the source system once support had ceased from the supplier.

Data was converted from a Windows NT Oracle7 database to an AS/400 DB/2 database.
