Sotech can also provide support on customer sites. At present Sotech provides I.T. services at one customer site that has 80 staff using a variety of hardware and software systems. This customer has gone through a period of rapid growth and change, increasing staff from 18 in 1997 when Sotech first started supporting them. We provide server administration, software installation, database management, and adhoc reporting services. Sotech also act on behalf of our customers when negotiating the purchase and support of hardware and software from suppliers.
